When you submit a form (Book a Call, Request a Sample, or Catalogue request) we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you include in your message. We do not collect this data passively — only when you actively submit a form.

How we use it

We use your contact information solely to respond to your enquiry and manage the business relationship you have initiated. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Enquiry data is stored in a private CRM (Supabase). Email notifications are processed via Resend. Both services are used under data processing agreements. Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 24 months thereafter.

Analytics

We use MicroAnalytics (microanalytics.io) for privacy-friendly, cookieless page view analytics. No personal data or fingerprinting is used.
